Respect in the workplace should be a given. But it’s not.

Workplace sensitivity training is ultimately about ensuring the organization is free from discrimination and harassment at a minimum, while also creating an inclusive environment. People3’s workplace sensitivity training workshops highlight compliance areas, such as EEOC protected categories of race, gender, and disability, while also focusing on minimizing unconscious bias, valuing diversity, and practicing inclusion.


“Candace listened to our specific needs to create a list of topics to address the specific challenges we are facing. She then designed a presentation and curriculum for those without making it seem like we were complaining or being negative with our team. The team was like a sponge and absorbed all the information while also engaging with Candace.
