Sexual Harassment Training

Sexual harassment is hard to talk about, but we can do this.

While sexual harassment training can be uncomfortable, people3 strives not to alienate. More importantly, all members of an organization—across all gender identities—should be involved in this conversation.

With the #MeToo movement and national conversations around sexual harassment, many employers and employees are wondering—what are the boundaries of sexual harassment in the workplace? Where are the lines? How do we implement sexual harassment training in a time when this is a more sensitive topic?

This training does inform on sex discrimination and the boundaries of sexual harassment from a compliance perspective, and people3 is committed to having a dialogue about why the sexual harassment conversation matters in any organization.

She then designed a presentation and curriculum for those without making it seem like we were complaining or being negative with our team.
