Anti-Racism Training
Racism is real. We can do better.
Some question whether racism still exists in the United States. But often our definition of racism or even what being “racist” means is skewed.
We know through data—economic, health care, housing, voting, criminal justice, education, and a variety of other statistics that institutional racism is still a factor in the lives of many Americans.
Participants in this course will also have the option of engaging in pre- and post-work to learn about the biological myths and social construction of race.
When we’re all not a part of the circle, we can’t move forward.

“Our time with people3 was vulnerable and authentic – it created the right conditions for open dialogue in a safe environment. We also value the resources and tools that people3 shared with us that we can now apply internally and externally.”
