People3 partnered with a national healthcare association to strengthen its commitment to diversity and inclusion through targeted initiatives and multiple levels of education and training. During the summer of 2020, we facilitated over 20 listening room sessions to provide employees with a space to discuss social, cultural, and organizational conversations around race in America. Following those listening sessions, we facilitated 7 Inclusive Leadership training workshops for over 40 senior leaders, equipping them with the tools to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Our team also led 15 training sessions focused on Inclusive Organizations for more than 175 staff members, ensuring organization-wide engagement to support inclusion efforts. To further sustain these initiatives and embed inclusion principles across the organization and for its members, we also led multiple Train-the-Trainer sessions for 11 participants, empowering internal leaders to drive ongoing inclusion efforts. Additionally, we supported the association in onboarding its Inclusion Committee, providing guidance on structure, strategy, and long-term impact. This organization continues to drive meaningful efforts centered on belonging and a people-first culture, embedding inclusive practices across all levels of the organization to support its members.
