Many of our clients are celebrating their first LGBTQ+ Pride Month this year, and other clients are facing new challenges in supporting their LGBTQ+ employees with the current social and cultural climate. To support our clients during Pride Month and particularly leaders who may face various challenges and questions this month, people3 has developed a leadership “talking points” guide. Our LGBTQ+ Leadership Guide is designed to support people leaders (and anyone else) navigating questions and challenges about their organization’s support of LGBTQ+ Pride Month.

We developed this resource for our clients to provide an overview of why organizations may celebrate Pride Month, important LGBTQ+ workplace statistics, ways to support LGBTQ+ employees, and what we think is particularly valuable, a series of scenario based talking points that provide a framework for how leaders can discuss their organization’s decision to support, honor, and celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride Month…this year and in any year.
