Generational Diversity
People3’s Generational Diversity Training addresses the challenges and opportunities in today’s diverse workforce, where over five generations coexist. From Gen Z newcomers to transitioning Baby Boomers, this training focuses on cultural factors that have shaped the generations, including communication styles, work approaches, values, and organizational expectations.
